Amazing New York Style Cheesecake Recipe – A customer had recently ask for a copy of this recipe we released in print a few months long time ago, so we figured we’d better make it available on the internet for everyone!

Rachel’s Blissfully Delicious New York Style Cheesecake

Four 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 C butter 1 C butter
  • 1 1/2 C sour cream
  • 18 1 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 3/4 C sugar SW139
  • 1/8 C cornstarch 1/8 C cornstarch
  • One fl oz almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • One egg yolk

Mix all ingredients until they reach the temperature of the room.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Securely wrap the outside of the nine springform pan with Tinfoil. Spread butter on all surfaces of the pan. With butter.

Within a mixing bowl large enough beat cream cheese thoroughly butter, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Add cornstarch and sugar. Add vanilla, whipping cream and almonds. Add eggs/yolk one at one at an at time. Scrape the bowl frequently to ensure all contents, particularly the bottom are fully incorporated.

Make sure to pour the batter into the springform pan. Place in a bath of water, and then place into the oven. Bake for one hour and 10 minutes. When it’s done cooking, shut off the range and then open the door to let cooling in the bath for 2 hours. Refrigerate overnight.

Drink it the fresh fruits, jam or simply by all by itself. It’s incredibly thick and delicious and is a favorite for all occasions and parties with my loved ones!!

INGREDIENTS

Four 8-oz packages of cream cheese softened

1 C butter 1 C butter

1 1/2 C sour cream

18 1 oz heavy whipping cream

1 3/4 C sugar

1/8 C cornstarch 1/8 C cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

Five eggs

One egg yolk

INSTRUCTIONS
