  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS 

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare a muffin pan of standard size using a greased cup. put them aside.

PREPARE THE CRUST 

In a large bowl combine the salt and flour in a large bowl. Cut the butter. Add the cheese shredded until it is well mixed.

Add 1 tbsp cold water at one time, slowly work the dough till the dough is dampened. Once the dough has formed into a ball, place it onto a floured surface. Divide in two pieces. Let them rest in the fridge while you make the filling.
