INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 . C Half and Half 2 C half and half
  • Half C honey SW011
  • Three eggs, beaten DP086
  • 3/4C chocolate chip BP329
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream, DP076
  • Five drops of mint essential oil EO116, or 2 tsp mint flavouring BP244

INSTRUCTIONS 

In a pot in a saucepan, mix halves and half with honey and whisked eggs. Stir and cook over moderate-low heat until the mixture has thickened and the combination can coat the spoon. Transfer to a bowl, and put in the refrigerator or freezer until chilled. Beat the cream with peppermint oil until soft peaks appear; then place aside. Place chocolate chips into a food blender or processor Blend until the chips form small pieces.

Mix the whipped cream with the chocolate chunks in the custard chilled.

Place the container in a 1qt. Freezer to freeze ice cream, and then chill according to the directions. Move the chilled ice cream into an airtight container. Store in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Place chocolate chips in a food blender or food processor Blend until the chocolate chips are fine pieces. Mix the whipped cream with chunks of chocolate into a custard that has been chilled.

Place it in one qt. Freezer for ice cream, and then follow the instructions to freeze. Then, transfer the ice cream into an airtight container. Store in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
