How To Make Healthy Breakfast Oven Frittata – This recipe is among my family’s favorite recipes. We love it enough that we eat it for breakfast, brunch, or dinner! When asparagus isn’t in the season and broccoli isn’t available, it’s a great alternative. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup crimini mushrooms slices 
  • 1/2 cup onion cut into pieces 
  • Half cup of a red pepper chopped 
  • 1/2 cup summer sausage, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp of ghee 
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Celtic salt 
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea veggies 
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 
  • 1/2 1 tsp garlic granules
  • Six eggs 
  • 1/2 cup half & half 
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar or Parmesan grated 
  • Two tablespoons fresh chives, chopped 2 tbsp of fresh chives, chopped.

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix eggs, half and a half together.
  • Lightly cook sausage and vegetables in ghee. Then, add to the seasonings.
  • Heat 2 1 qt. Baking dish in the oven.
  • Bake dish with baking spray and arrange ingredients in this order: sauteed mixture cheese eggs, chives, sauteed mixture.
  • Bake at 350F for about 30 mins or until eggs have set.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with salsa or Hot sauce.

  • 1 TBSP Ghee 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt from celtic 
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea veggies 
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 
  • 1/2 1 tsp garlic granules 
  • Six eggs DP086
  • 1/2 cup half & half 
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar 
  • or parmesan or parmesan
  • Two tablespoons fresh chives chopped 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

  • Bake at 375 degrees.
  • Mix eggs, half and a half together.

Bake in the oven for 30-minutes or until eggs have set.

  • Allow 10 minutes to rest before serving.

Serve with the salsa CO361 or with hot sauce CO580
