This was until I began doing some experiments with my kitchen. I am awed by the fresh flavor of the bread. It’s not too heavy. The creamy cheese frosting? It completes perfectly! 

The kids are big admirers of this product. It’s not a problem because it’s low in sweeteners and is made with all-natural ingredients!

  • 1 1/2 cups Unified Pastry Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 Eggs of a Large Size
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Lemons zest
  • 1 lemon juice or 3 tablespoons


  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 Tbsp milk optional


Pre-heat your oven at 350°F. 

Mix all dry ingredients into an empty bowl, and then whisk them together. The coconut oil will melt over moderately low heat, when it has hardened. Add all wet ingredients into a bowl, and mix until well-mixed.

In a pan that measures 9×5 place some oil in it to stop it from sticking. Pour bread batter into the pan—Cook for about 50 mins or till golden brown.


Add honey and cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Zest and juice a lemon, then add it to the bowl. Mix thoroughly using the hand mixer till a creamy frosting is formed. You can add milk if you wish to create it to make it thinner in the consistency of the frosting.
