Avocado, Arugula & Radish Salad Recipe

Yield: 4 servings. Time: 15 mins. 


  • 2 cups fresh arugula mixed spring mix
  • Six sprigs of fresh Dill, chopped
  • One bunch of radishes. Thinly cut  
  • One large avocado, sliced 

Homemade salad dressing 


Within a bowl large enough, lightly mix arugula, radishes and avocado, and dill.

Drizzle dressing of your choice, and gently mix until it is blended.

Divide the food evenly among four plates, and then enjoy!
