Quick & Easy Banana Muffin Recipe

Quick & Easy banana muffin recipe-If you are averse to dairy or not, they are hard to beat. They’re soft, hearty, and moist and are a perfect snack during camping and road trip excursions. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • or 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 cups whole flour for pastry made from wheat
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 TSP Kelp 616 HS
  • 1 teaspoon salt BP534
  • 1 cup of rolled oats,
  • 1 cup blueberries, optional

INSTRUCTIONS 

Combine wet ingredients. Add baking soda, flour along with salt, and kelp. Mix thoroughly.

Incorporate blueberries and oatmeal. Make muffin pans lined with parchment cups, then fill them up nice and full. Bake at 350 degrees in 25-30 mins or till muffins has tested completed. Makes 18 muffins.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups mashed bananas

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup honey

or 2/3 cup coconut sugar

2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 TSP Kelp

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup of rolled oats,

1 cup blueberries, optional
