The Best Strawberry Pizza Recipe – Grab your hats and get ready to taste the flavors of spring. This recipe is one that I was a kid, and I would eat it whenever we could convince my grandmother to cook this for us. This recipe is delicious and is perfect for taking to your next barbecue or picnic. My grandmother made this recipe with a flakey shortbread crust, but I like it with a less sweet flavor and prefer a pie-crust recipe instead. No matter what method you pick, you will indeed become a household favorite.

Strawberry Pizza

  • CRUST:
  • 2 1/2 2. flour
  • 1/2 C. water
  • 1/2 1. oil
  • A pinch of salt


  • 2 8oz containers of cream cheese
  • 1/2 1. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 mint sprig can be used as an optional

Four cups of strawberry are mashed until you’ve got 1 C. of juice

3-4 cups strawberries sliced

One tablespoon of Tapioca flour, mixed in water until it dissolves

Half honey


Mix all ingredients until you get a dough. The pie crust should be rolled out and baked at 350 until golden, around 15 minutes. Allow cooling.


Mix softened cream cheese with honey, vanilla, and cream cheese. Chop your mint leaves and add them to the bowl in addition. If you would like your frosting to be slightly sweeter, add more honey as you want. After everything is well combined and smooth, you can top the crust of your pie with a generous layer of frosting.


Cook at a low temperature until it becomes thick. When it’s thick, add in the strawberry pulp. Mix in freshly cut strawberries. Then, pour it on the cream cheese frosting.
